If Jesus wrote a letter to your church as He did to the seven churches of Revelation, what would He commend? What do you think He might criticize? Would your church be like the two churches that are commended without criticism? Do you believe your church is all that God wants it to be? If your answer to this question is 'no,' or 'I don't know,' then QCAE has good news for you. Our desire is to strengthen the Kingdom of God in the Quad Cities by helping to strengthen each church. These are some of the areas in which we can provide help:

We can help you shape a mission and vision statement that will provide a map for your future and a focus for your energies and finances.

We can help your church board become a team that functions effectively together and makes healthy decisions for the church.

We can help you develop an effective process for the selection of your lay spiritual leaders.

We can help you identify the group of people that God wants you to reach with the Gospel.

We can help your church worship become a high-impact experience for your people.

We can help you develop functional structures that focus on energizing ministry, rather than control.

We can help you identify the gifts within your church so that you can experience the ministry that the Holy Spirit has equipped your people to do.

We believe that a healthy church will grow. In the same way a healthy child matures naturally, so a healthy church will naturally grow. When the Gospel of Jesus is lived out by members within a healthy church relationship, not-yet-believers will be attracted. Any size church can be a healthy church. If you would like to investigate these or other issues about your church, contact the QCAE office to connect with the team that desires to minister to you and your church.
